DMCA Notice

YC Real Estate respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement.

Submitting a takedown notice

If you believe content on yc-re.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent at info@yc-re.com that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it (such as a URL).
  • Your contact information — name, address, telephone, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to info@yc-re.com containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.
